Property developer Kumpulan Lebar Daun Group of Companies
expects total sales of RM1,6 billion from its Bukit Bandaraya development
project to be launched soon in Shah Alam.
The 300-acre development, located in the heart of the city, will
be developed into an integrated township consisting of 4,000 units
of double storey link houses, semidetached houses, apartments, town
houses, condominiums and commercial areas within the next five years.
Prices will range from RM200,000 to RM700,000.
"It may be the last chance for house buyers to get a terrace
house within Shah Alam next to prestigious areas like Bukit Cahaya,
Bukit Raja and Bukit Jelutong," said Lebar Daun managing director
Jamil Saimon.
The group expects a sales turnover of RM250 million in the first
two years upon launching, he told reporters after a signing ceremony
between the group and Malayan Banking Berhad in Shah Alam yesterday
for a RM52.5 million bridging loan.
The group will be launching Phase two of its project comprising
163 units of double storey terrace houses known as Palatium with
a gross built-up of 1,750 sq ft on March 23.
The price ranges from RM229,8000 onwards and the houses are targeted
at upper middle class buyers.
Jamil is confident that buyers would find both the locality and
finishing highly attractive.
"Our houses come with the Zero Stable Panel System,
a new construction technology which allows for attractive architectural
features such as arches, round columns and cornices to be incorporated
into the design of the houses."
