The precast concrete components for all walls and half-slabs are cast in horizontal fibreglass moulds in the casting yard of the project site. By adjusting the side formwork of the mould working-platform precast concrete panels of any size which are adaptable to any design for Architectural requirement can be produced.



















If necessary, the precast concrete panels with T and L projecting arm can be produced by adding accessory formwork on the top of the mould working platform.

The wall panels are cast slightly smaller to facilitate installation between two columns. The components are removed from the moulds by a light motorized crane the day after casting and are ready for installation after four days.
